Is it a good use of time to full proof all the "hardest" LG questions from the question bank or is that just a waste of time? I am taking the exam in January and I want to feel comfortable doing the hard one in a shorttime. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sounds like you don't have a reason to cancel. You'll get the score in time to sign up to take in February. You've already "spent" the take so you might as well get a score for it.
@kennedybj great point. Just stuck on whether I should include the DOJ position. Don't want them concluding anything from the shorttime there. Thanks for your help!
