Does anyone know if it's likely that the October LSAT will be LSATFlex? Also for LSATFlex, are you allowed to use scrap paper for reading comp notes since you can't really annotate on the computer besides highlighting?

Probably something odd to be concerned about...but can we go to the bathroom during LSATflex? I have a GI condition and I need to go when I need to go. So since we don’t get any breaks, Does anyone know how that is going to work?
I've recently began simulating the LSATFlex during my practice tests and have noticed that my scores are quite a bit lower than my regular practice test scores. Is there a reason why this might be?
