The above is true. However, the un-timed tests/review will also increase your time. Speed is tied to proficiency. As you get better at the test, you will get faster at knowing what to look for and finding the right answers.

My dad has a "Brothers" office printer (sorry about not having a specific model) that I use to print out the hundreds, if not thousands, pages of LSAT material so far.

Also anything un-timed after learning the fundamentals is useless. The time constraint makes you think, and behave differently, you must get used to it so that it becomes second nature.
