I had a similar situation when I freaked out my first 2 takes if I'm being honest. No it won't run your chances at getting into top schools, although Yale has been known to care about multiplescores. Other schools don't though. You'll be fine.

Former admissions officer here. The LSAC CAS Report will show the admissions reader your entire LSAT history. If you have multiplescores, the school will report the highest score but will consider the LSAT history when evaluating your file.
