I am barely getting these questions correct and i am about to give up. Could someone please tell me your methods for approaching these questions cause negating isnt working for me.
When I do Necessary Assumption Question, I prefer to negate the Answer Choice and then test whether the argument becomes invalid. But this question confused me. Can anybody help me explain the question by negating and testing?
Consider this original statement: "Most people are white." Its negation is: "It's not the case that most people are white." i.e. 0-50% people are white. Isn't this the equivalent of "Most people are not white"?
