HYS or one of Columbia NYU Cornell w/ a good scholarship. Essentially big law or bust has lead me to only consider schools where I know I'll have an amazing shot. -

NYU claims they do, but from past cycles lots of people are pretty sure it's BS.
Yale seems to care about multiple scores. other than that, no one really averages -

If you dig around at Law School Numbers, there are plenty of examples of people with low LSAT scores getting into Yale and NYU after retaking and getting a higher score. -
