I would think that Georgetown would be the "easier" one to get into. Of course, you should apply to both. I just finished a prep test and got a 167, which is my highest score yet haha. Sadly, my gpa is a little lower than yours :( -

I picked the most recent game, and it was so hard I cried and had to rebuild my confidence. I agree that you should pick one you feel like you will do well on. Maybe go back to a really old prep test and find one you don't remember but scored well with. -
