It means doing LG sections from PT 1-35 under timed conditions specified by JY. If you can't get a -0 under, for instance 5 minutes, then watch JY's video, memorize the infrences and try again at a later time. -

I just upgraded from ultimate to ultimate + today. In all honesty I think it is worth it. I spent 6 hours today doing nothing but logic games from PT 1-35. Constantly getting -0 on everything... those games aren't fun by any means though -
