I think once you get out of the t20 schools (arguably t12...) the ranking really doesn’t matter. Go wherever gives you the most scholarship $ or just retake so you have more options/get more $.
@aholtzer I don't think this's too meaningful. Once you have an LSAT score schools have to report it. And since GRE is still not currently used in ranking, it won't offset the influence too much.
I emailed her he school, and within 2 hours got a response. They allow it and will consider ED with old score and in case of rejection will consider the new score during a re-review during the normal application cycle.
As far as my knowledge is concerned, only the raw number matters. Admission committees may take your relative ranking into consideration though (especially if you note it on your résumé, your undergraduate institution is infamous for rigor, etc).
