You have an awesome GPA and a nice soft with the Fulbright. If you want T14 you'll need to retake. With a high enough score you have great chances at every T14.
Imagine how high you can score this time around if you put 100% effort in?

On their twitter a few days ago they stated the site was down and they were having technical difficulties. All I can think about is I wonder if their grading computers are down too and will they be behind in scorerelease!?

Did you take on Feb 10? I did, and my score cancellation was like the 16th I think maybe sooner, but it sounds like yours was extended? I would not take that for an earlier scorerelease at all. I just checked my account and didn't have such extension.
