You have an awesome GPA and a nice soft with the Fulbright. If you want T14 you'll need to retake. With a high enough score you have great chances at every T14.

Did you take on Feb 10? I did, and my score cancellation was like the 16th I think maybe sooner, but it sounds like yours was extended? I would not take that for an earlier score release at all. I just checked my account and didn't have such extension. -
