You should most certainly look into back, neck, and shoulder stretches from yoga! I am a yoga teacher and cant stress enough that stretching pre & post stress inducing activities will help ease tension!!! Good luck!
One guy kept saying "the tension in the air.." to himself over and over. He was nervous and his highest PT scores were 150.. I wonder if he had a bad day?
@poohbear thanks so much for the videos! The tension in my neck also causes headaches (almost every other day sigh). I just tried the lacrosse ball video and I already feel better. Thanks!!!
