The Flex is administered using Proctor U - the same website where you sign up for an exam slot. According to the email sent by LSAC yesterday: "Sign-up will begin at 12 noon Eastern Time, Thursday, January 7. You will receive an email at that time with detailed instructions to guide you through the scheduling process."
