@dan_the_mann8989 My honest opinion, those are pretty recent so yes they do show a pattern: you repeat mistakes. Personally, I believe traffic violations are not as trivial as you make them seem. If you like, I would love to read your addendum.
Before we get into the details of your question, much of what you have posted is pulled directly from the exam which is a violation of the terms and conditions. Please be careful of this moving forward.
I would say you should still do the addenda if it asks if you have ever had an academic warning issue. If you fail to answer yes, when it applies, there could be future C & F issues from my understanding.
