@NotMyName You have to start the 2019 Duke application to see it and it will display as "waived" if you got the fee waiver. -

@Giselle112 BC extended a waiver to me this week when I emailed them directly with my numbers and brief financial situation. So they definitely offer waivers. If you've looked on their website, no harm in shooting them a brief email asking for info. -
