Everyone in the same testing center has the same writingsample, but other test centers may have a different writingsample. That was the case this June LSAT.
From my understanding, schools see your score in it's entirety and not just by section. The exception being the writingsample. HYS don't award merit $$$, but a higher LSAT will never hurt ;)
This is kind of off topic but have you thought about LSAT accommodations? I would think this type of health issue definitely deserves some extra time if it is going to throw off your writing.. Even my hands get cramped during the writingsample.

... one I'd need a writingsample, personal statement etc. For another ... I'd need a longer writingsample taken my from my thesis ... 'd also need to be writing extra essays to apply for ...
