Nearly all law schools will only look at your highest score. I believe Yale considers all of them - possibly as an average? I don’t recall exactly. But other than them, it’s nearly unanimous that a school will only consider your highest score.
I had a similar situation when I freaked out my first 2 takes if I'm being honest. No it won't run your chances at getting into top schools, although Yale has been known to care about multiple scores. Other schools don't though. You'll be fine.
Thanks!! @TheLogician I'm applying to Top 20 except for Yale. I'm an extreme splitter with a 3.1ish gpa, so this cycle is going to be crazy unpredictable. Hoping for the best though! Haha
