You should most certainly look into back, neck, and shoulder stretches from yoga! I am a yoga teacher and cant stress enough that stretching pre & post stress inducing activities will help ease tension!!! Good luck!
@annakang1005: I scored a 179 in Dec and I'm now studying 11 hours a day to get a 180 in June. I'm Yale or bust. Ok I'll try and increase to 15 hours a day.
I'll just put it at this, I'm PRAYING for low 160's. My grades from undergrad are better than most, and I've no ambitions of attending Harvard or Yale, which I'd have had to have scored close to perfect to do any way.
