I think the general wisdom that scholarship stipulations are bad and you know your odds: 66% of keeping your scholarship. I think negotiating to remove the stip is a great idea.
Here is a _very_ partial list of correlation-causation flaws:
PT20.S1.Q10 (★★★), PT20.S4.Q14 (★★★), PT30.S2.Q25 (★★★★), PT31.S2.Q9 (★★★★), PT64.S1.Q5 (★), PT65.S1.Q8 (★), PT66.S4.Q25(★★★)
I did a sort of staggered sequence of later PT's. I started at 65 to make sure I had PT's saved for future dates, then did 65, 75, 66, 76, 67, 77 etc. Then I jumped to 83 this week before the June date.
