How do you select your tutors?

What happens after I sign up for tutoring?

After you purchase tutoring, we’ll send you an email with a link to a survey. We’ll also ask you to take a diagnostic exam if you’ve never taken a PrepTest on 7Sage’s platform.

We’ll use your survey responses and diagnostic exam to draft a study plan and match you with a tutor. Your tutor will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule your free, 30-minute intake session.

What are the sessions like?

7Sage tutors are coaches, not just explainers. Each session is focused on a clear goal tailored to your needs and progress. We’ll work on foundational principles, timing, or test tactics before assigning homework and setting the agenda for the coming week. We don’t just help you improve during our sessions: we maximize the time you spend studying on your own.

How do the sessions work?

We conduct all of our tutoring sessions over Zoom. You can choose if you want the camera on or off.

Do you offer payment plans?

Here's how it works: we split the purchase price into five monthly payments . You pay the first today, and then we will reach out once a month to remind you to make your next monthly payment until you're paid up.

What’s your refund policy?

For tutoring, if you’ve used one hour or less of your time, we’ll give you a full refund (minus a 6% processing fee) within 14 days of your purchase.
