(B) declares out in the open what the argument is assuming. All of the evidence speaks about #s & %s pertaining to "novels". Then the conclusion goes and broadly claims that those numbers also pertain to "all books" published in Z. So the conclusion will hold as long as the only type of book used to base a movie on is a novel. The stim never says that. It's up to us to declare: (B) None of the films released in country Z in 1992 were based on books other than novels.
