I applied after the February test last year. I think that I significantly underperformed. My consultant suggests getting in scores before Thanksgiving. Personally, if February is the first time you can reasonably take the test, I would suggest pushing off until next year (what I ended up doing).

I am trying to decide when I should retake the test. December is close but February may be too late...
