    If you go to the Trainer website, he has a few other guides that coincide with earlier sets of tests!

    yes, if your planning on using 62-71 eventually then you can use 40-50 to start. The trainer is just suggesting that if you use 10 prep tests to study that it be the most recent ones since they are most indicative of what you will see on the LSAT you take.
