For sections that you don't check the "this section does not apply to me" box, it is generally better to fill in as much information as possible, even when the information is redundant. Otherwise you end up with a lot of blank space on your application. That being said, if you have awesome numbers and everything else is on point this shouldn't hurt you too much and because it is not a simple external fix like sending an updated transcript or resume I don't think there's a good way to patch this up in post. Just fix any apps you haven't submitted and don't worry about the ones that are already in because there's nothing to be done and I think it would just create a little Streisand Effect and draw unwanted attention.
