I think Usually = Most as part of common knowledge and it would be unlikely LSAC will try to confuse us using such language they have many other means :)

Usually=more often than not = most? sounds right
Usually = Typical in most cases. Usually and generally can be used synonymously. So, I would say yes, they can be seen as "most" statements.

It would depend on the context and how "generally"/"usually" are used in the stimulus.
