Nevermind, seems to work for me now!
The videos are working fine for me, but I know on Sunday myself and a bunch of other people could not access the site, I kept getting Gateway Error message.
All of my videos are also not loading. Internet connection is fine, and I already tried messing with settings. Thanks for looking into it! Please let us know if we can do anything to fix the issue from our end. @7sagestudentservices
Yeah, all videos for me too. I don't get a message. My video just never loads.

If you go into settings, look for these:
Use Flash Player (do not check this if on iPhone or iPad)
Use regular player instead of YouTube for LG explanations
You can play around with these two settings to get the videos playing properly for you.
