I did, I am in Canada though and all my desired schools required applications around October-Novemeber so I had no choice (I wasn't ready for September LSAT), I'm worried though that if I don't do well in December my applications will be wasted :/ positivity!!
Yes. Unless you are planning to wait to apply for Fall 18.
