In the last two weeks I have been unable to get audio on any of the 7Sage video explanations. I have been using Chrome from my work computer (Windows 7) and my laptop (Macbook Air). Any thoughts?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally mute the videos? It's a bit difficult to tell if they're muted. Here's a few examples of what muted videos look like (bottom right of every video):

Sound working fine for me too. Running Chrome on mac.
Try to re-start your mac. It works fine on my mac(Chrome). Not sure about Windows.
