That's a hard question. On the face of it, I couldn't circle A right away, I had to think about the rest, so I just marked it. I then read the rest and after POE'ing, I came back to A. For me the problems identifying necessity and sufficiency. I know that being a necessary condition restricts the sufficient condition to that one single option. Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint whether an action is a sufficient or a necessary, especially if I am following intuition rather than lawgic
