I thin that's a fine way of looking at it. Once you insert the correct answer for an SA question into the stimulus, the conclusion must be true.
I suppose you could think similarly for a strengthen/MSS type deal, although occasionally strengthen questions only strengthen the conclusion ever so slightly.
