From what I can tell, yeah, a little bit. It's harder to put my finger on and I haven't done a lot of either. I will say I found RC and LG harder in the 70s. LR I found about the same.
I don't think they are so different that if you took half of a test from the 60s and half of a test from the 70s you'd be able to tell. So they aren't that different. At least in my opinion.
