In real time you would look at each paragraph and engrain it in your memory then in a few seconds sum up what the main idea is and then go into the answer choices.

Well, you don't do the exercises that go along with the method (turning paper over, writing what you remember, etc.) But you should be using the skills you've picked up from using it; namely, your memory, haha.
