Subscription pricing
For some reason when I try to play a video in Quick View, the video will play but without sound. This is happening in both Firefox and Chrome. Videos that are embedded in pages, such as in lessons, don't seem to be having this problem. It's only the pop-up Quick View ones that are having this problem. Please advise.

If there's only a discuss button, it means the explanation isn't available. I assume you're looking at LR for PTs 1-16—they do not have LR explanations, sorry.
Got it. How to I access the answer explanations from the question bank? I feel like it used to be there, but right now, it just gives me a Discuss button under Explanation. Thanks!
Are you using the Quick View that just shows the question? If so, they intentionally have no sound as there is no explanation. It is just showing the question.
