Greetings fellow LSAT enthusiasts! I have decided to learn each question type one at a time. This way, I feel I can master one fully, then proceed to master the next one.

Is anyone aware of any listing of LSAT questions according to type.

IE: Necessary Assumptions questions:

Test 14 Sec 2 # 13, 15, 20.

Test 15 Sec 2 # 6, 16, 23

Test 15 Sec 3 #, 3, 12, 18, 24

You can sort each and every type of question in the question bank.

    Here is the link:

You can also sort them by their difficulty level. I like to start by doing the 1star first and so on.

Yeah, I use the 7Sage question bank for this. Just be careful that you don’t overdo it with the question type drills. It’s a great way to start, but a really poor way to push further after a certain point. So just make sure you don’t burn everything on a single drill!

Cambridge packets sort them by type:

    Must Be True

    Most Strongly Supported

    Cannot Be True

    Necessary Assumption

    Sufficient Assumption

    Strengthen

    Weaken

    Flaw in the Reasoning

    Parallel (the Flaw)

    Parallel (the Reasoning)

    Principle (Apply)

    Principle (Identify)

    Method of Reasoning (Argument)

    Method of Reasoning (Statement)

    Evaluate the Argument

    Main Conclusion

    Point

    Complete the Passage

I find this a pretty efficient breakdown. Some things overlap.

The 7sage question bank is great since you'll also have JY's explanation as a resource.

Many students on 7sage complement their studies with the LSAT trainer, which includes a breakdown of LR questions by type on their site.

No free comprehensive list, as far as my knowledge is concerned. 7Sage has good ol' Question Bank, which lists all questions (not just LR, but RC and AR as well) by type, and Drill Packs, which categorize all LR questions by type. Both are available through the Ultimate+ package. There are other commercial sources (which will remain unnamed) that categorize questions into different types.
