In digital form,100% not allowed.
I asked 7sage if I could give away tests I had already printed, and I was advised not to.
I think it's okay to sell or give away the copies of the paperbacks that LSAC distributes.
You can always buy a digital copy through 7sage - it's not too expensive given it comes with all of the explanations.
