You want to ask them questions that are memorable and personal to your needs. Don't ask anything you can find on the website. Things I asked were:
I increased my score X points. Do I need an addendum?
I understand that there is now unlimited LSAT takes, but how is retaking viewed?
Specific questions related to essays, namely supplemental essays.
Last cycle was really competitive. What can I do to set myself apart/improve my chances of getting in this year.
