You should call the admissions offices of the schools you are considering and ask an admissions officer if they continue to receive and review new applications. For some schools, the application deadline is a priority deadline that they post officially, but they will still look at files that come through into the summer. If a strong application comes through, they most likely are not going to ignore it, particularly if there are application factors that are attractive and useful to the school as they craft their incoming class. Depending on the behavior of the applicant pool around the deposit deadline, schools may still have seats to fill in their 1L class. Good luck!
Short answer, yes. Technically, if you have the application fee to just burn, then sure you can. But at this point in the cycle, you'd have to have really competitive numbers. And scholarship money is running out. If you want a good chance to get accepted and to get good financial aid, I would work on polishing your app over the summer and apply as soon as you can in September for next cycle
