Hi all,

I have been taking two tests a week since August and have had a consistent score increase to a peak at 166 last week. Lately I have been nailing drilling assignments but my scores in practice tests as of late have nose dived back to 160's. I take a day off a week and do not know why my results are going downward this close to the exam. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you @tomalger175 ! Gives me hope that maybe i can grab a close to a best score on the exam I will be applying with a 3.75+ UGPA so a 163-5 would be a win for me

Fluctuation isn't unusual at your level. Check out how I scored leading up to my exam (https://classic.7sage.com/discussion/#/discussion/13544/impromptu-signed-up-for-december-blogish):

    PT71 (11/26) 169 (LR1:-6, LR2: -0, LG: -4, RC: -5)

    PT82 (11/29) 164 (LR1: -7, LR2: -2, LG: -3, RC: -7)

    Sat for Exam 83 (12/02) 168 (LR1: -2, LR2: -2, LG: -8, RC: -3)

I have had similar issues, and would suggest isolating the causes of the decrease and going back to basics with those topics. For me, I got right back to my previous levels once I started really focusing on active reading for RC and coming up with my inferences before starting a game in LG.
