I'm getting an HTML5 error on every video despite them working earlier today for me. I've tried different browsers, incognito mode etc. Any advice?

    Hi there,

    You can try changing your video player settings for maximum compatibility. You can do so with these steps:

    Go to your Settings

    Under Video Player, select Simple

    Then tap on "Save Changes" as shown below.

    If you haven't already, you can try using Google Chrome as it has the best compatibility with our website.
