    I bought it last weekend through amazon and it originally said it would take 3 weeks but I got it in 3 days. I don't know if them having messed up in another order I had at the time had anything to do with it but I was very surprised.

    Yeah the down side of getting it from the author’s website is paying $14 more than what you would pay on amazon. But if you need it now, that’s your other option.

    There is no ebook version unfortunately. Alternatively, you could try buying the book through the author’s website.
