Yes they are a prep course.
All over the 7sage homepage are statements like;
"7Sage Online LSAT Prep Courses"
"The Right Choice for LSAT Prep"
"The most advanced LSAT course available anywhere"
Also when you go to download their app it is titled "7Sage LSAT Prep"
