I am doing all sections for the MSS but I keep getting the questions wrong. I watch the explanation and understand where I go wrong but then I'm just as lost for the next set of questions. ANY HELP will be appreciated.

You sound like you’re still on the Core Curriculum, so make sure you are doing these problem sets untimed! You need to learn the intricacies of them and get used to them before introducing the timing aspect. You have to walk before you run. For MSS questions, you have to take in everything you can from the stimulus because the correct answer choice can come from anywhere. So usually, I get the problem correct by process of elimination, especially for the harder MSS questions.
