Basically was planning on applying this cycle but pushed LSAT back a bunch of times and now am taking it in January. Asked my Professors to submit recs beginning of Jan. Should I just hold that off and ask them to submit them in November or would it be okay if they submitted recs to LSAC now?

Yes they can submit now! That's even better to get them in early, so when you actually apply everything that's outside of your control will be ready
@karenako539 I agree with @karenako539 ! I requested my letters of rec the summer before applications and everything worked out smoothly for me. It was one less thing to worry about when I was applying because I already had all my letters and transcripts ready which allowed me to focus on revising my personal statement and optional essays instead.
