I'm currently working through the course syllabus in the order presented, but I know that I really struggle with logic games, which come later in the course. Is there any reason not to skip to the LG section now to give myself that much more time to practice?

In the LR section you will learn logical indicators which will help in the LG section. In the LR section you will also work with sufficient and necessary assumptions, which could help when diagraming the rules in LG rules trigger versus when they don't, but that idea is gone over again when you get to LGs. If you have not studied LSAT stuff prior to joining 7Sage I would go through the material the way it is presented. If you are not on a time crunch I would go through the CC as it is presented. There is a lot of LG content and plenty of games to practice.
