These 90's games are ridiculous. Should I be concerned I can't maintain my average games pt 30 and below. The wording be having me think if a dumb b!tch exists somewhere in me and comes out from time to time.

I would say that if you can do well in games in the PT70s and PT80s, then you will likely be all right. But keep in mind that they can always throw a curveball game at you, and it might resemble games between PT1 to PT30. I would suggest mastering the early games.
Probably the 80s games are more indicative of the real test than anything, but I wouldn't worry. You're probably just getting more adjusted to the new games (since the tests before the 70s and after the 70s are significantly different), and will be just fine with some more practice.
