I used wyzant.com to find a tutor! They offer a range of prices from $20-$500. I strayed away from the higher end and found that there were plenty of great tutors for a very reasonable price.

I have the exact same problem with slow reading, I started RC at -18 (only 9 correct), most recently got -7. Started LR at -8, average -4 now. However, I get almost everything on BR. Looking for a tutor to help me that that timed reading down.
