Yes, after you purchase, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to get started. When you respond to our welcome email, we will pair you with an editor.
We make a good-faith effort to respond to your emails and phone calls in a timely fashion, and to provide editorial feedback on your documents within 48 hours of receipt.
