Yes, many if not all have a section in which you must list previous scores and future LSATs you will take. By leaving the future score blank at the time of applying, I imagine that they understand you will be taking it. If I am incorrect about this, please let me know, 7sagers. GL Isaygogogo!
Yes - you can tell them not to review your application until you get your LSAT score. Many schools will do this automatically.
