I was able to schedule last night, however, I've experienced what you've described before. I just kept reloading throughout the day and eventually I was able to schedule.
I'm having a exact same trouble and this is extremely frustrating! :disappointed:

@claremont525 Eventually, I had to do the same.
I had to do a chat with an actual human in order to get registered but it worked!
I was able to schedule last night, however, I've experienced what you've described before. I just kept reloading throughout the day and eventually I was able to schedule.
