I was on the revisited crystal mini ball for June 2023 and they said that you can only get access to that recording if you're one of their members and they asked people not to record it. It would have been nice if they let people know beforehand to attend live if they weren't a member as their normal crystal ball recordings are usually open to anyone (even if you're not a member)

They had said the link will be sent once they clean it up and it gets processed.
I had the same problem, I saw on reddit that some people didn't receive the link either.
