I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to approach the test. I am horrible at test taking and get really nervous. I want to take my LSAT in 2026 before the summer and want to score above a 160 and I scored a 155 on a practice. But with the dates approaching I hit a slump and have been missing questions I would normally get correct.

I think its the nerves of taking the exam and getting it out the way but I was wondering if people had advice on how to deal with this and or test taking advice in general.

I would appreciate any help

Take a deep breath! I recommend giving yourself like 5 minutes to focus and chill before studying. If a question is stressing me out or confusing me, I just come back to it.

Building confidence during drilling has also been super helpful with this. I just did a bunch of untimed sections to feel good about my accuracy and then started pushing myself on timing. I've also found that drilling in busy/distracting environments has been helpful.
